







Dust-free feeding stations are commonly used for unloading 25kg, 50kg, and 1T bags of powdery or granular materials. They operate by manually opening the bags and automatically tilting them, allowing the material to fall into the storage hopper by gravity. Dust generated during the process is filtered out by an onboard dust collector, enabling workers to operate comfortably in a clean environment.
Depending on process requirements, a screening function can be added to remove impurities; alternatively, a vacuum feeder can be used to achieve vacuum feeding.
Features of the Dust-Free Feeding Station:
The dust-free feeding station consists of a quick-opening stainless steel feeding hopper, vibrating screen, dust collector, and controller. The operation process is as follows: Open the feeding hopper door, manually place the packaging bags on the rack, cut open the bags with a knife, and let them fall into the screen. Qualified materials are screened and enter the next process, while bags and debris remain on the screen. The equipment is equipped with a bag/cartridge filter dust collector, and the feeding process is in a negative pressure environment, with no dust leakage, greatly improving the feeding environment. The discharge port of this equipment can be connected to a vacuum feeder, screw conveyor, and various conveying equipment.
