1. Please read the instruction manual carefully before starting the machine.

2. Before commissioning the equipment, remove the transport supports and inspect all fasteners for looseness.

3. Connect the power cord as required, jog the machine, and observe whether the motor direction matches the direction indicator.

4. After every 200 hours of continuous operation, inspect all fasteners to prevent loosening.

5. After every 1000 hours of continuous operation, lubricate the vibrator and inspect the motor power supply for looseness, disconnection, phase loss, or other abnormalities.

6. The equipment is factory-tested. Please contact after-sales service in advance for any parameter adjustments.

7. Please strictly adhere to the above operating procedures.
