Operating Principle of the 1840 gyratory screen:

The gyratory screen primarily utilizes the motion of the eccentric block to achieve high-standard fine screening, simulating manual screening. Its motion is a uniform reciprocating gyratory motion, typically with an inclination angle of 3-9 degrees. The drive transmits the motion of the screen box to the chamber. The material moves in a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually transitioning to an elliptical motion along the length, and then to a nearly reciprocating linear motion at the discharge end. After entering the screen through the feed inlet, the inertial force of the material distributes it evenly across the screen surface. Smaller particles at the bottom of the material layer pass through the mesh quickly, while larger particles move toward the discharge end. This results in highly efficient and precise screening.
