With increasingly stringent environmental regulations, dust emission control in industrial production has become a key aspect of production line design. In the processing of powdery materials (such as fine chemicals, mineral powders, and food additives), screening and conveying are often the main sources of dust emissions. Therefore, selecting a combination of screening and conveying equipment with good sealing and stable operation is crucial.

This solution uses a fully enclosed square gyratory screen combined with a bucket elevator to achieve a fully enclosed operation from material feeding to finished product output. The bucket elevator lifts the material from the ground feeding pit to a high buffer silo, and then it enters the square gyratory screen through a sealed chute. The screened components are then conveyed to the packaging machine or storage tank through sealed pipelines.

-Fully Enclosed Body Design: The square gyratory screen box adopts an integral welded structure, with sealing gaskets at all connections. The inlet and outlet ports use flexible connections to ensure complete isolation between the equipment's interior and the outside environment, preventing dust leakage.

- Flexible screening reduces dust: Due to stable equipment operation, materials gently tumble on the screen surface, preventing violent dust generation and reducing dust at the source.

- Rapid screen cleaning function: For sticky or easily agglomerated materials, a bouncing ball or ultrasonic screen cleaning device can be configured to effectively prevent screen clogging, keep the screen surface unobstructed, and avoid material accumulation and localized dust generation caused by screen blockage.

- Diverse materials: Depending on the corrosiveness or hygiene requirements of the material, materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel can be selected. The internal surface is polished, with no dead corners, making it easy to clean.

- Dustproof sealed casing: The entire elevator uses a continuously welded or flange-connected casing, with tight seals between sections. Dust covers and seals are installed at the head and tail pulleys to ensure no dust spillage during material lifting.

- Low lifting speed: A low linear speed (typically 1.0-1.5 m/s) is used to reduce induced airflow and dust dispersion during material lifting. - Explosion-proof design options: For flammable and explosive dust environments, bucket elevators can be equipped with explosion vents, explosion-proof motors, and anti-static belts or chains to enhance system safety.

- Automatic tensioning and anti-deviation: The tail pulley uses a screw or counterweight type automatic tensioning device to maintain constant tension in the traction components; the head and tail pulleys have anti-deviation guards to ensure the buckets do not hit the walls, reducing malfunctions and wear.

This combination constructs a fully enclosed material handling system from lifting to screening, greatly reducing dust concentration at the production site, improving the working environment, and avoiding material waste and cross-contamination. Both are characterized by stable operation and convenient maintenance, making them ideal choices for clean production and sustainable development.
