Mirant's Spring Cone Crusher is suitable for medium hardness ores and rocks. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment and economic use. The spring safety system plays an overload protection role and can handle hard materials (such as iron ore, copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, sand and gravel, etc.).
When the Spring Cone Crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing sleeve through the spring coupling, the transmission shaft and a pair of bevel gears. The crushing cone shaft is forced to swing under the action of the eccentric bearing bush, so that the ground is sometimes close to the bowl liner and sometimes away from the bowl liner. The raw materials are squeezed and impacted, and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.
