Mirant's Vibrating Conveyor (also known as vibrating feeder) refers to equipment that feeds bulk and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously. In the sand and gravel production line, it can feed the crushing machine continuously and evenly and perform coarse material screening.
Two vibration motors are used as vibration sources. The self-synchronization principle is used to make the two vibration motors rotate in opposite directions, so that the balance block at the bottom of the conveyor frame vibrates reciprocatingly, and the upper conveyor trough is driven to vibrate through the reed and guide plate spring, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying materials.

Q1:WHow to solve the problem of blocking mesh?
All of most vibrating screen adopts bouncing ball and PU ring below every deck to cleaning screen surface,except the ultrasonic vibrating screen adopts ultrasonic cleaning systerm.
Q2:How to seal the machine?
Between two decks, it’s adopt silica gel ring to seal.Then the clamp would lock two decks tightly with the extended copper nut.
