During operation, dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet. Coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. Fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes upwards with the turning of the air flow. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan.
The dust cleaning process is to first cut off the air outlet duct of the room so that the bags in the room are in a state where there is no air flow (stop the air in different rooms to clean the dust). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse jet cleaning.
The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust peeled off from the filter bag settles into the ash hopper after the blowing. This avoids the phenomenon that the dust will be attached to the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the air flow after leaving the surface of the filter bag, so that the dust cleaning of the filter bag is complete. The exhaust valve, pulse valve and dust discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by the programmable controller.
