Mirant's Rotary Vibrating Screen (also called Three-dimensional Vibrating Screen) is a high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise, high efficiency and fast screen changing speed (only 3-5 min.). Its fully enclosed structure is suitable for screening and filtering of granular, powdery, mucous and other materials without dust.
It provides reliable material separation, grading, impurity and other solutions for different industries. It is widely used in processing flour, sugar, spices, chemicals and other dry or liquid filtration.
Mirant's Rotary Vibrating Screen uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the motor's rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface, so that the material moves outward on the screen surface. Involute motion, so this series of vibrating screens is also called a three-dimensional vibrating screen. It has the advantages of long material running track and high screen surface utilization. By adjusting the phase angle of the weights at the upper and lower ends, the material's motion track on the screen surface can be changed, and the material can be finely screened, generally screened, probability screened, and specially screened.
