MXS series three-dimension rotary vibration sieve is a high-precision fine powder sieving machine. It has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, contributing to quick change-over net (only 3-5 minutes). its fully enclosed structure is suitable for Sieving and filtering granular, powder, mucus and other materials, and no dust drift.
Rotary vibration seive provide solutions to different industry's demand for dependable material separation, grading, impurity. These ideal machines are available for processing Flour, Sugar, Spices Chemicals and other dry or liquid filtration.
It's vertical motor, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric harmmer change rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle on the top and bottom can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.
