Definition:

A ceramic is an inorganic ,nonmetallic solid prepared by the action of heat and subsequent cooling.Ceramic materials may have a crystalline or partly crystalline structure or may be amorphous. The majority of ceramics are compound of metals or metalloid and nonmetals. Most frequently they are oxides, nitrides, and carbides.

Ceramic Application:

Mirant ceramic rotary vibrating sieving machine is a high efficient removal of impurity screening and slurry filtering equipment, which is specially suitable for low density powder, liquid filtering and sticky material.

Production Process:

Raw materials - crushing - ball milling-screening - iron removal -grouting

Ceramic powder screeing purpose

Screening is useful in grading of material with mesh screen, its need to have a certain size of aperture or gap.when the powder through the screen surface, its can be classified into two parts, oversize and small size product.

Screening based on material feature:

Screening is based on the characteristics of the material, dry material or wet material. When measuring the particle size distribution,it is generally sieved by dry method;the wet method can prevent very fine particles from adhering to the screen hole and block the sieve surface.if the material contains more water, especially the particle is ultra-fine.if it is allowed to mix with water,it is better to use the wet method, when the material are more cohesiv.

In addition, the wet method is not affected by the temperature of material and the atmospheric humidity, and it also improve to suitable for high precision dry material screening,Therefore, both wet and dry method are call as national standard methods for determining the fine material and raw material.
