1. The problem of mixing materials in the upper and lower layers:

1). Check whether the screen is damaged;

2). Check whether the edge of the screen frame is pressed tightly;

3). Check whether the sealing strip is deformed;

Solution: Replace the corresponding screen and accessories, and adjust the gap at the edge of the screen frame.

2. The problem of abnormal operation track of the swing screen box:

1). Check whether the exciter is improperly installed, causing the main shaft to bend or the bearing to be damaged;

2). Check the installation of the universal shaft;

Solution: Check the installation of parts and make corresponding adjustments when problems are found.

3. The problem of low output and easy blockage of the net:

1). Whether the material characteristics have changed, whether it is a material with high moisture content and easy to agglomerate;

2). Whether the selected screen meets the current production needs;

3). Whether the motor power has decreased, and whether the belt is loose and slipping;

4). The material input is too low;

5). The selected net cleaning device is inefficient;

Solution: Check the motor power, tighten the transmission belt, reduce the moisture content of the material, and replace the appropriate net cleaning device.
